Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We hope that you will love your FYZ London order, but if, for any reason, you are unhappy with our products, we are dedicated to offering the highest levels of quality and service.

Please note: We do not issue refunds for sale items. We will only issue an exchange for a sale item.

UK returns & exchanges: 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item for a refund providing they are:

  • Returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
  • In their original, unused condition and in the original packaging.
  • Tags have not been removed and the garments have not been worn.

Please note that we provide returns paperwork in the delivery. Please follow the instructions included in your delivery and email us at info@fyzlondon.com with the details of the order (e.g. order number), the items you wish to return and reason for the return.  We will email you a confirmation to commence the return.

EU returns & exchanges:

We recommend returns are sent with a tracked return process, as we can only accept responsibility for items once they are received by us.

Return Shipping 

When returning items, customers should be aware that they are responsible for ensuring that the returned items are guaranteed to reach us. We would advise that when returning items, customers should use special delivery methods, which include insurances that allow the items to be tracked. We are unable to refund items, which are lost in the post. To help this process, when returning items to us please email us the tracking details of your returned order once the return has been done. All goods shall remain your responsibility until we receive them.

Sale items

We do not issue refunds for sale items. We will only issue an exchange for a sale item.

 Incorrect or faulty items

We will replace any incorrect or delivered faulty items free of charge and will refund any reasonable return shipping costs.

 Refunds

We will inspect the returns on receipt and then process any refund subject to policy above. Any items not received in the return period or used, damaged, tags removed, or without packaging will be returned to you. 

Please allow up to 10 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund or exchange. Once a refund is processed we will send you an email to confirm this. This will be sent to the same email that you placed your order with. Your refund will be refunded back to the payment method used at the time of purchase.

 Exchanges

If you wish to exchange any item(s), please send us an email to info@fyzlondon.com detailing the item you have and the items you wish to exchange them for along with your order number provided on the invoice.

You must ensure they are returned within the 14 day time period and are unused, in their original condition and packaging and complete with tags.

You must ensure any return shipping costs are paid (applies for international and UK orders).  We recommend returns are sent with a tracked return process, as we can only accept responsibility for items once they are received by us.

If the item(s) bought are in the sale or on a discounted promotion we will only offer an exchange for the amount paid.
